My Backups are failing, Let’s open a support ticket

A big percentage of the backup failures (More than 42%) can be fixed in minutes, and more importantly without even opening a support ticket. Step 1: Figure out what is the failure. From the backup blade, click on the failing backup and check the Log Details Step 2: Check the following table.

(provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) Check that the connection string is valid, whitelist site’s outbound IPs in database server settings

SSL connection is required. Please specify SSL options and retry. when trying to connect Please use the built in backup feature in Azure MySQL or Azure Postgressql.
