Grafana Dashboards

A set of predefined dashboards have been created for az-hop. The main Grafana web page can be accessed thru the Monitoring/Grafana menu. Once there browse in the Manage/Dashboards Grafana page and pickup one of the dashboard listed in the dashboards folder.
